When does the rent money get paid into my account?
Rent is collected every week, fortnight or month according to how often the tenants have chosen to pay, all rental money is then held in our trust account until our next disbursement run which is either the closest business day to the 15th and the last business day of every month. It is then paid into your nominated bank account via electronic funds transfer. A statement is emailed or posted to you at the same time outlining the debits and credits for that month, along with any invoices that may have occurred during that month i.e. – any pool maintenance, repairs etc.
